Gently and Gracefully We Transmute the "anti"-Love in side ourselves. As lightworkers and healers it is beneficial to clear restrictions to Un-Condition-al Love.


We are capable of becoming aware of the places inside our bodies that harbor this stuck or stagnant energy. This stuck-ness is the root  or trigger of disease. 


These constricting patterns play out over and over until they are addressed and cleared. Clearing these energetic shadows that make it difficult for us to locate or "see" the block is a simple process.


I recorded this process with clearings to assist you in your Self Healing Journey.

Bridging The Gap Between The Sacred Feminine and The Divine Feminine

Some have devices down into the vocal voice throat. All are #Shame Some public, some private, all internalized. This Shame creates a barrier that we have accepted. We allow it. It is familiar even though it is uncomfortable we allow it to remain. #Breath Bridges the Gap. It continually passes through the gap. (My Pappy used to refer to yawning as gapping.)
